Chirpify: Transforming tweets into loyalty rewards

What do Tim McGraw, Sprint and Estée Lauder have in common? Besides being household names and brands, they understand that social media is only valuable when interactions are converted into a different currency. That currency could be brand loyalty, sales or desirable actions taken by fans and customers.

I’m always amazed by how many consulting clients I have who invest the time and money to build a social presence without also investing in the systems to help monetize it in some way. There are a number of technology platforms that can be a tremendous help in this monetization effort. Chirpify is one of my recent favorites.
