Think Through Math is a web-based program that allows elementary aged students to practice and prepare for the often intense state math tests that they will endure in later years.
At this critical age, many students, often under-performing, are allowed the chance to practice math problems of varying levels of difficulty from the comfort of their own home and even offers incentives for their participation.
At Peach Creek Elementary, part of Splendora Independent School District, Anette Harber’s fifth grade classes utilize the program regularly. “It’s just such a great program and they are excited to do it,” said Harber, who notes that the program has helped her students learn in ways that she’s never before seen during her years as an educator.
